Why you should not trust Florality.
This Carrd is only intended to expose the developer team's wrongdoings. It is not intended to be used as a harassment tool. If you send threats of any sort to the dev team, then you misunderstood the point.

Traced artwork for app branding

One of Florality's differences from the most of currently emerging CDD apps is strong focus on creating mascots that represent the community and the app itself. However, the designer and the artist behind the mascots, Planettitan, is very visibly so engaging in stealing and tracing existing art as an assist without disclosing it.

The turnaround image for their main mascot, Jazzie, has very jarring skill unconsistency signs. Eyes and hair have a lot of detail, while the dress has a lot of mistakes and weird wonky lines. The bow and flower decoration on the dress look very amateur also. It is probable that the body and hair were traced, while the rest of the outfit were made from scratch.

The heel size on this particular artwork is also seriously unconsistent between both feet compared to the rest of the piece. One of the fingers on the lower hand also looks like a tracing artifact.

This particular artwork has issues with the hair angle that could arise only from tracing it from a pre-existing artwork without accounting for head's turning angle, resulting in the bottom of bangs being misaligned from the top.

Same behavior does not show up in this mascot's reference artwork, where she faces slightly to the side, instead of away from the viewer.

This particular artwork is unfortunately the most damning evidence of tracing. It features a fully rendered character, detailed background, and yet the flowers on character's clothes are drawn in a very crude pattern, which does not fit the skill level of the rest of the artwork.

But wait, there's more!

Florality team has unfortunately engaged in things also way more problematic than art tracing.
If you go to their website, halvex.net...

Looks pretty normal, right? However, if you visit either Terms or Privacy pages, there is actually nothing and the website throws errors, which shows either the fact that they are not professional, or are some sort of scam or other shady operation.

Looking up Halvex on LinkedIn reveals that...

Halvex openly admits to using AI on their LinkedIn page despite claiming in the server that they do not:

If you look at Yatin Manuel's LinkedIn page, you can see this entry (this is not doxxing, this is all public information):

Protecting people from shootings is noble but, are people forgetting that AI is actually bad at guessing real people and had very high false positive rates ending up in many innocent people going to jail? Also anti-shoplifting is just ewwww, they literally are training ai to detect poor struggling people who are stealing baby formulas to make their kids not starve to death in middle of a dying economy...

There's also syndia ai website (NSFW WARNING, IF YOU ARE A MINOR DO NOT OPEN THIS) but I dont know if it's basically a rebrand or they go by the same name.

In short, please don't use Florality. The developers are extremely shady and use AI, and the artist traces other people's art. Unfortunately I was not able to find original artwork that the tracer artist used, but it someone finds what they actually traced please post about it online.
